It’s been a big year for Asian Americans kids on TV. 2015 started off with the much-anticipated sitcom Fresh Off the Boat about a Taiwanese immigrant family, and this fall Dr. Ken introduced a Japanese-Korean-American couple and their kids. And if you look around, there are even more Asian American youth on-screen, from the Disney Channel to edgier programs, such as AMC’s Into the Badlands.
